The ANFA Technical Team has 4 components that summaries our philosophy

- Provide opportunities for everyone to be part of our Game
- Protect the core values of ANFA and the game (Inclusive, healthy, positive, respect, support)
2020 Technical Targets
- Achieve the AFC Grassroots Bronze Status and the AFC Coaching Convention
- Conduct 10 certified courses from Grassroots to Elite (60% increase from 2019)
- All National Teams to play a minimum of 4 international fixtures
- Support all National teams with sufficient resources to improve performances
- Ensure all ANFA Staff are up skilled and accredited to appropriate levels
- Increased the number of Accredited Coaches
- Provide more coaching opportunities for Woman
- Increase the number of Elite Coaches
- Provide additional specialized courses through FIFA and the AFC (e.g. Fitness)
- Improve Elite Academies production line
- Introduce Woman’s Academy Program
